I had a feeling when I saw Rick Astley’s name amongst the credits of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, that the rickrolling phenomenon would come into play, though I dismissed it, thinking, “well, maybe he has a Christmas or greatest hits album coming out.”
I should have stuck with my original thinking. I now have to rickroll a few people in order to fully explain how this works.

Lion Brand Design Studio Preview Day: 11/9/08
I had the opportunity to attend one of the two previews days for the new Lion Brand Yarn flagship store in New York City, a mere stone’s throw from my grad school. Coupled with the student discount I receive, this shall be dangerous.
And when in New York, do stop at Chat ‘n Chew for the macaroni and cheese. Sublime.
